Jim can go back to the original post and change it to "Pat Craig, alive and well, check your DMs" or something like that.


It is unique how we don't have much contact info for each other, outside of the DM feature. I believe that the email interface works. If someone wishes to test it, click my name and click email, then send me a test email.


I wonder if folks utilize that feature?

Speaking of "DMs" (by which I think is meant to be the same as what have previously been called PMs), is the email notification that you have been sent one broken? For that matter, do they even work robustly? I replied to one, and my reply did not go to my sent items! Shows nothing on my phone, but on laptop the message I replied to has the annotation "you have already replied to this message", and still nothing in sent items.

Garland: I believe there's a box you need to check in order for this Personal Messages system to save replies to your "Sent" box. If you don't click that box, there's no record of it. (Unless I'm mistaken. That's how it seems on my end.)

I know. My sent messages have always gone to my sent box. The only difference this time was that I selected reply, not reply all. I filed up with a new message asking if they had gotten my reply. The new message went to my sent box too.
