Mr. Naccarato:

Howard (Howie) Maurer is a talented fellow who once worked for Brian Silva and did some minor consulting work for the firm of Graves & Pascuzzo in the late 90's.

This was in conjunction with the project known as Indian Pond C.C. now built near Plymouth, Massachusetts.  I can probably tell you more off line.
