Thank you for the photographs - always puts a smile on my face.  I was someone concerned however as the background in the initial photograph gives the appearance that Arble is sporting  a mullet.  Know locally as a  Camaro Cut or Tennessee Top Hat.

Thanks for the post Mike. Great to see some familiar faces and smiles all round. Looking forward to a Buda return and for the 2020 venue thread when it appears. No doubt there have already been discussions in smoke-filled rooms!

You caught David Herrick talking. That’s a good catch. He and Bryan Izatt should take their show on the road.

Great pics, but I have to admit you guys aren't as young as I thought you'd be.

I played six rounds in England/Scotland including Prestwick yesterday and not a drop of rain. Unheard of! Climate change after all? The final Buda day at Goswick was magical.

You wouldn't be suggesting Mayday talks a lot now would you? ;D

Not at all.  ::)  I quite enjoyed playing a couple of rounds with Mayday.  I learned a lot about financial planning.  Listening is learning sometimes.

If you could decipher the table arrangements (we were NOT the champagne and lobster table) you would see that there were other talkers at the table. In fairness 30-odd Pests make a lot of noise in a cramped restaurant and I missed hearing a lot of what was said over the din.

Wednesday was a tour consisting of 9 hole courses featured by Sean Arble and Mark Pearce's fine club that plays through the Newcastle race course.  The weather ranged from glorious sun to drenching rain.

Those floodlights elevate the course, don't you think?
In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.
