I'm all over the place in the summer. I got as close to BUDA as paying a deposit a few years ago then had to pull out, but I'd happily help host anyone at NB if I'm around next September.
The greens are struggling at the moment with a thatch issue but they have gone to work with a significant punch and 20 tonnes of sand in the past month. They intend to do two more heavy punches over the winter so hopefully come next year we'll see the results of that.
The new GM seems to be doing a great job. She doesn't take prisoners and is tidying up all the little details around the course as many feel we have rested on our laurels over the past 3-4 years. Lots of the bunkers are being rebuilt and some dug out as we seem to have more stones in them than a quarry.
It'll be back to it's best by the spring.
