Here is an update re: Saturday Golf at Rivermont GC:
The tee times begin at 2:30. Please feel free to come early, have lunch and hit balls. The course architect, Michael Riley can't make the dinner but will be at the club from 1:00-2:00 to sit around, eat and answer any crazy questions y'all may have. Hopefully his dinner obligation cancels and he can hang out with us afterwards and we can ask him what the hell he was thinking on some of those greens
After golf the dinner menu is:
A House salad with either shrimp or scallops on top (my Chef hasn't decided which yet)
A 5 oz. Filet Mignon and Salmon as the entree
Asparagus, carrots and whipped potatoes
Some dessert the Chef also hasn't figured out yet
Coffee, Tea and Water
(Adult beverages are on your own).
(Dinner is included in the golf price for the day. The $65 is for guest fees, cart fee (walking is certainly OK) range balls and dinner).
If you want to come early for lunch, we do accept cash or check but not credit cards. We are also happy to bill anything back to your home club if you like. Let me know if you can make lunch and I can set up an area for everyone where you can pepper Mike with questions in peace and quiet!
