Dyson Incident..OT
« on: November 04, 2013, 10:20:41 AM »
For those out there that have seen the video footage, does it not look like a sponateous brain fart and lack of attention rather than a deliberate action he made?

Unless there is some underlying history of him doing this do you not think all this talk of a hearing is a little overboard?
He made the mistake, got the dq and move on?

Any opinions?

I read somewhere that there were some other incidents as well so it is all being reviewed.

I agree with you it looks like a brain fart, he does it so fast as he's marking the ball. My only question is that he taps it with the ball not the putter, there is a part of me that thinks he used the ball because he thought he could get away with it. If ihe tapped it wit his putter I would be sure it was a brain fart the way he did makes it questionable.

Jerry, that can be the only thing that makes sense, that one incident was rather inocuos by itself.

Jerry,

Did you read that iun the Telegraph?  I'm not aware of anyone else suggesting there is a history.
In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.
