Mike,
Thanks very much for your interest in the project. I will say to you (and anyone else reading this thread) that I would be delighted to tour our project with you at any time. My office is a mere 35 minutes from the site and I can easily get up there on most days, schedule allowing. If anyone is interested, I can be reached on my cell 423.637.5096. Just drop me a line or send me a message and we can go check it out. It is scheduled to have preview rounds next year with a grand opening in 2014 once the clubhouse is finished. I think our owner made a great decision to allow the course to have a full season of grow in with limited play while the other amenities are finalized. Also, we were fortunate to get a great young superintendent, Michael Burrows, to look after the course and complete the grow-in. Interestingly, Michael was an assistant at Streamsong and was over the Red Course prior to taking this job. He was a great fit for many reasons, one of which is that we have the same grasses that they do - 419 (cut at fairway height everywhere) and MiniVerde.
Also, we were fortunate that our project coincided with the ASGCA annual meeting, which was in Chattanooga this year. Adam was in town and we were excited to show him the project and very much appreciated his piece in Golf Course Architecture. For anyone interested, here is a link to the article:

I'll admit that I am a little hesitant to do it as I don't want it to seem like my interest in this site is purely self-promotional. I love GCA and come on here mainly to see and read insightful commentary on my favorite subject.
