St. Andrews Golf Links: The First 600 Years
« on: November 30, 2001, 01:38:12 PM »
I am looking for the book: "St Andrews Golf Links: The First 600 Years."  I've looked on Amazon, bn.com, (practically everywhere), and having success, I'm not.  I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find this book, or if anyone could provide me with one.  I'd appreciate it very much.  Thanks!

P.S.  I like the new changes to the website!

Justin,
I looked in all the usual places and that is one tough book to get a hold of.  Barnes and Noble did have one copy available through there out of print network for $107.00, so I guess it depends on how badly you want it.

good luck.

Excellent book.

A good source for out-of-print books is http://www.bookfinder.com.  There are a number of places where you can get the book.  The cheapest is Abebooks:

£10.00 ($14.15 US)

If looking through bookfinder, best to search on the author, Tom Jarrett.

Marge: We don't think you're slow. But on the other hand, it's not like you go to museums or read books or anything.
Homer: Do you think I don't want to? It's those TV networks Marge. They won't let me. One quality show after another, each one more brilliant than the last. If they only stumbled once -- just gave us thirty minutes to ourselves. But they won't, they won't let me live!
