I played in the Lucky International Tour Tour. at Harding Park San Francisco in the 1960s. Really neat layout owned by the city in OK condition. Ken Venturi won and his stepfather used to manage the course. 4 or 5 yrs. ago I took my grandaughter to the zoo across the street and also showed her Harding. It was in deplorable condition but of course the layout still good. (She preferred the zoo). I've walked around Linclon Park many times in SF and the views are rated a high of 10 out of 10 possible. The holes look a little crazy. Again - deplorable condition. Doesn't any one care in SF?

ET:  the short answer, no.

The long answer, look into the wrangling the last few years over renovation of Harding.

It is a sad situation indeed.
