A beautiful new website with some amazing photography.

Be sure to dig in and take a look at Keith Rhebb's Flickr photostream from the Lost Farm project - wow...

I linked onto this new site several days ago. It was very well done.

Scotty Sayers says that it actually hasn't officially launched yet and that it will get better. I look for to the additional content and pics.

What may I ask is the Blog section of followers. I'm not getting that? Any help here?

It was nice to finally see pictures of Austin GC.  I've been wondering what that place looked like, as I havent been able to find pictures anywhere online until now.

Isn't Matt the one who purchases lots of domain names and holds them until the 'prospective client' figures out someone else owns that domain name, and basically must pay him for the rights to own it, or pay him to design the site.

Well done. ::)

Yeah....like that kid back in the early 90s that had mlb.com registered and got a six figure payday for it.

Michael,

I figured that was the case present day.  Though, some people did have some huge paydays back in the day.

Jonathon,

You would be correct.  The law wasn't enacted until late 1999 so the internet existed for several years without any such restriction.

I see the Dormie Club listed on their projects page.  Whats the status of this club?  Is it still moving forward?

  Eric,

As Bill McBride once said "no good deed goes unpunished". Thanks for doing something nice for Matt. He is a very big boy, so I will not even attempt humor. Consider this thread HIGHJACKED. Please ask Matt if he can get me on Sandhills.

Funny!

I am glad you guys like the new CooreCrenshaw.com website and I really want to say thank you to Mr. Blake for his fine comments about my integrity, character and illegal domain squatting activities that resulted in your enjoyment of the website.

Until you have all the details its best not to comment!

Guys, it's illegal and unethical, even if Matt "just wants to be fairly compensated" as discussed before:

http://golfclubatlas.com/forum/index.php/topic,38736.msg807999/topicseen/

Like man, can you read? Are you exhibiting total brain fade or what? Read the thread you reference and then read the wikipedia page about what is illegal, AND THEN PROFER YOUR APOLOGY!

hence me post.

JC,

I'm assuming you mean names as in proper names, as opposed to product names like say Coke.  I can gurantee you names like Coke and Microsoft are properly trademarked and no one else can use them in any shape, manner, or form.

Either way, I wasn't trying to get in the middle of this, just stating that cyber-squatting was not illegal before Novemeber 1999.  I fully trust Matt has gone about this the right way and didn't hold anyone hostage. (Not that he isn't phyisically able to cause word on the street is, he's a big boy!!)   ;D

The site looks good and I hope its a winner for C&C going forward!
