CommonGround Golf Course will open on Saturday, May 23, 2009, and your foursome can be the first group on the course at 6:30 AM on Opening Day! This is the chance of a lifetime, and all proceeds from the auction will benefit the CGA and CWGA Junior Golf Programs at CommonGround. These programs bring the game of golf to the community at large, introduce golf to the next generation of golfers regardless of their socioeconomic background, and host many program partners such as Open Fairways, Big-Brothers and Big-Sisters, Special Olympics and many others who share the CGA and CWGA's aspirations to improve lives through golf.

The auction winner will receive the 6:30 AM tee time for four players on May 23, two carts, and lunch following the round. The auction closes Monday, May 18th at 4:00 pm MST. The winner will be contacted immediatly following the auction. Good luck!

AF Captain pay doesn't permit me to bid.

But what a great idea Dustin.  I truly believe that Common Ground will go down as one of the biggest successes in modern golf architecture and golf operations.  This auction is a great idea to further the people's lives through the game.  Good luck with the opening and I hope to be back in Colorado soon to see the course.

Thanks Ben!  So far the leading bid is at $510!  100% of the proceeds will go directly into our Developmental Youth Programs being held at CommonGround.

We are also holding a fundraising tournament on Friday, May 22, the day before Opening Day!  We currently have three open foursomes ($600 per team).  Contact me if anyone is interested in participating.
