Mr. Urbina is fond of the guys who didn't start with a golf background, because he did not start from there himself.  And he is right, that's not necessarily what's important.  Above all it is ATTITUDE -- the idea that they are there to build something cool and something the architect likes.  After that, it's enthusiasm for the job and industriousness, the two cornerstones of Coach Wooden's pyramid.

I love two things of what he wrote:
- doesn't fall in love with everything he builts
- no overanalyze
