Here is a picture of a recently completed course on a private island near Vancouver. It is the personal course of some billionaire who owns the whole island.

The site looks amazing. Too bad it is private (and Nicklaus designed, but oh well).

Yes, and there is a little course near the Georgia/South Carolina border that is wasted on a bunch of old rich guys. ;)

From what I had heard it was a 9 hole site owned by John McCaw but it was recently expanded to 18 holes.  I was at a nice restaurant downtown a few years ago and bumped into a guy who said he lived on this course and how he saw nobody play the course.  Uber exclusive is what this place is.....

James Island is the name.
