Whispering Pines in Trinity, TX has them.  Locally (DFW area) Stonebridge Ranch - Dye course - in McKinney has a few lodges.

I forgot all about Stonebridge, there are also rooms on the top floor at The Tribute.

Shinnecock Hills has upstairs rooms that used to be available for guests.  They are now used for storage.

Stonewall in Elverson, PA has some rooms.

Baltrusol certainly does - I've stayed in one of them during the GCA.com meeting back in 2004 or 2005.

Mayacama (Sonoma County, CA) has cabins for visitors.

As noted on the County Louth (Baltray) thread, that course has a Dormie House where visitors can stay, similar to Royal Lytham.

Does anyone know of other courses in GB&I that have a dormie house?

After the recent update I think the Dye course at Stonebridge Ranch is one of the strongest courses in the area, and a tremendous value for a club, particularly if the decent Arthur Hills course is added as well.

I am not one to read all or many posts, so forgive me if I add SUTTON BAY, along the Missouri River in South Dakota.  Good for pheasant hunting as well as golf!

Firestone in Akron has great accomodation for men just off the locker rooms.   Stayed there a couple times for outings on Mondays, very comfortable.

The Creek Club in Long Island has a couple of rooms upstairs and don't forget about NLGLA--those rooms upstairs have recently been spiffed up but either before or after they're my kind of thing---smallish but everything you need.

Laurel Valley has plenty of lodging too.
