I was worried when Craig said they had pictures of every hole ... luckily their photog took several from weird angles so you don't really know what those holes are like. I am not a big fan of overexposure.
It's been so long since these holes were shaped and I still haven't had the chance to play them yet. I look forward to spending some time in Montana this summer.
Mike S.: Don't know what you mean about the business model. Our client started this as a private retreat for friends, but he has a lot of friends in the development business and they urged him to sell some real estate as well. The main difference is it's at 4600 feet, not 8600, so the golf season is a lot longer than at Yellowstone ... and apart from the rocks, it was a great piece of land for golf.
