Courses that Faldo has been involved with in Thailand [and I have played]

Windmill Park - Supposed to have been a Faldo design , but he asked for his name to be removed , after a return visit seen him unhappy with landscaping features .

Great Lake - Listed as a Faldo but he only ever made two visits , and was built by IMG , possibly Brett Stinson . Course is still open but in bad shape and never recovered from the 1997 crash .

Century Banchang - Built by Desmond Muirhead with Faldo making a one visit . Course is open but condition is terrible but they only charge about 10 dollars a round so ..!

BTW , the boom on course building in Thailand seems to be starting up again , with Curley & Schmidt being mentioned a lot .

Anyone know who is building Paradise Valley GC on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand ?

Brian,

Curious; Where abouts along the eastern seaboard?

Nice business model: Build a course, inspect it after it's built and then decide if you want your name on it.

Eastern Seaboard of Thailand pretty much covers the area south east of Bangkok to Rayong .

There is a course being built right next door to Khao Kheow CC [Perry Dye but listed as a Pete Dye] , which is between Sri Racha and Pattaya .

A billboard states it is Paradise Valley GC , but I cant find anything on it , or who is building it .

Hi Brian,

I was also looking along the eastern seaboard but cannot reveal where. Was just curious if it was in the vicinity of my travels.

Thanks.
