Hope those members know what they are doing. Make no mistake it is a housing community with a golf course that is average at best. Granted the clubhouse is very cool.

A local newpaper speculated the selling price at $3.2M.  About the cost of a nice home in the neighborhood there.  Wow...

Gif Papazian, Neal Meagher, Me and ANOther walked the course c. 2001 when I was 55.  It took 5-10 years off of my life.  Not worth it....

Happy the nice leather bag tag they gave when I played there as Pasadera is still relevant. Very challenging course with great greens when I played there with a great clubhouse.
