If there's a market for classically-inspired courses and true restoration projects (as there appears to be), things will be okay. You may have noticed that one Tom Doak is a pretty hot commodity these days. In my view, that's progress.
I don't want to see great old courses get less than they deserve from a consulting architect, but I really can't muster the outrage that many here can. ANGC wants to hitch its wagon to Fazio? Perhaps it's a shame, but it seems a silly thing about which to worry.
