Mackenzie 'Underground (?)' Bunkers

Is Mackenzie the only architect to design bunkers like these (pictured)?

I love the look, yet I dont know if I have ever seen them on any course not designed by Mackenzie.

Am I the only one who likes them?
Why aren't they incorporated into golf courses more?

Jordan, I'd offer up the large central bunker on #5 at Cuscowilla as an example of that general concept employed by a different (team of) architect(s).
