For the record, Mark Hissey has written about this issue before and it can be proven his comments are consistent and true.

Those who have casted dark dispersions on Sebonack's motives, do so out of ignorance and owe Mr. Pascuzzi, Sebonack members, and Mark an apology.

Mark is a gentleman and tribute to the management style of Sebonack. I actually feel all three clubs work in harmoney together creating the best three courses in the world that touch each other. It does not matter where on the three courses you stand. It is a true thrill to feel the presence of one or more of the other two when they come into view during your round.
