I played each once, shot identical 77's at both in excellent weather conditions. I could see not being able to break 90 in really tough conditions.

When I played WS the fairways were extra wide, so sounds like things changed. The Ocean Course looks more natural, but WS is a masterpiece considering it was a runway.

It's a tie for me.
Live Jupiter, Fl, was  4 handicap, played top 100 US, top 75 World. Great memories, no longer play, 4 back surgeries. I don't miss a lot of things about golf, life is simpler with out it. I miss my 60 degree wedge shots, don't miss nasty weather, icing, back spasms. Last course I played was Augusta
