Thats the first 6 holes done and dusted. Let me know what you all think. I will work on getting the rest of the holes up by tomorrow afternoon. Going to fix myself some dinner now - I feel I have earned it  ;D

Actually, what's the verdict from the designers on the before and after Lahinch changes?

Curious to know what some of the thoughts are on this.

Patrick:

Great pictures.  Keep it up.  BTW, use photobucket.com, it's the easiest to use web hosting site I've seen.

Thanks Patrick!

After reading the EH posts and seeing their Dell hole, it is a very mild tribute. At EH I think I would finish the hole and be very ready to move to the next. #5 looks thrilling to me with the mystery and trust for your shot.

Looking forward to the back nine.

Patrick,

Show us more!

With the Dell, and the Klondyke, Lahinch seems the most "Irish" of Irish courses. What a sterling links it is. Pleasurable excitement abounds there.

Played Lahinch one time in 2000, my first true links experience, and thought it was fantastic.  I was wondering what the actual changes were, I remember playing a par 3 third hole that turned toward the water and I've heard that hole is no longer.  Did they create a new hole on the back nine?  I see from your pics that holes 4-9 are what I remember to be 5-10, I think.  The Klondyke was 5 and the Dell was 6.  Looks like they are now 4 and 5. If I am correct, how is the new hole?
