My wife played golf last week with three women she hadn't met before, including one named Kelly. One of the other women, upon hearing Kelly's first name, immediately started singing Woody's ballad to his wife, from "Cheers," which -- as we all know -- simply goes "Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly..."
My wife asked Kelly if she was sick of people singing that to her, and Kelly rolled her eyes and said, "God, yes."
Let's hope this Danny Noonan has learned to roll with the "Caddyshack" references.
