This being Saturday night I just ran some #'s:

Average Saturday score:  77.35

Largest differentials over Friday (positive):
Goosen -6 (76-60)
Beem -6 (81-75)

Largest differentials over Friday (negative)
Ogilvy +11 (70-81)
Crenshaw +10 (74-84)
Wetterich +10 (73-83)
Kelly +9 (69-78)
Clark +9 (71-80)
Casey +9 (68-77)


These Saturday #'s are off a little, but close..

Players shooting:

70-1
72-2
73-3
74-3
75-6
76-11
77-7
78-5
79-9
80-4
81-2
82-1
83-3
84-2

For the tournament 2 players have broken 70.  Rose and Wetterich both shot 69 Thursday.

The leader shot 80 today and is only 6 back and still in it, that is un heard of.

The numbers are quite fascinating, but apparently less so than the question of whether or not Tiger cusses too much.

Actually, 4 players have broken 70, the above two mentioned plus a 69 and 68 on Friday by Jerry Kelly & Paul Casey respectively.

So many players ended right on 79. I wonder if they gamed it up on the last few holes so they wouldn't shoot 80?
