Huck, I agree, that if it is a place of notorious wind, then 20-30mph makes it interesting. Such courses are generally built for wind, with wide FWs and firm. So, when I get to Nebraska, I enjoy it. But, in the midwest-tree lined typical parkland courses, I prefer a wind of 10-12, where it will move your ball, and make you think on club selection, but it don't swing your ball 30+ yards. For a weaker player like me, that spells too much jail time on overly treed courses.
