Going through the permitting process at present.  Could start at the end of this year, but I'm not holding my breath that it will.  I do believe it will happen eventually.

There is also a "Canyons South" which our clients split off to another developer -- ironically, my clients from Stone Eagle.  They asked us to do the design but I couldn't with the other client next door, even though his status was iffy.  I don't know who has been hired for the other course.

Tom:

Do you know if they will be separate private clubs?  I know your project was originally going to be private.

I had read that it was going to be semi-private.

Our clients aren't 100% sure how they will set up the club.  They want to have a decent amount of play the first few years, but they don't want to sell out all the memberships in the first couple of years, when their development will be selling homes for probably ten years.  They were considering selling blocks of times to other, oversubscribed clubs in the area as a "second course" option for those members, but there's no point in pursuing that until they get it built.
