Title: Not Everyone Is Happy At Nicklaus’ Bear’s Club

The Bear’s Club (https://www.thebearsclub.com/) serves as the residence for notables including Michael Jordan, MIchelle Wie and Rory McIlroy, and others with the bank accounts needed to afford the homes and lifestyle of the tony community.
A report in The Palm Beach Post (https://www.palmbeachpost.com/story/news/2020/09/10/residents-jupiter-bears-club-grapple-nicklaus-lawsuits/5764960002/) describes dissatisfaction, at least by a handful of residents unhappy with what they describe as excessive control by Nicklaus over the homeowners’ association. Few people are willing to do the work it takes to be happy at a club.

Mr. Nicklaus does not live at The Bears Club. He lives at Lost Tree.
