Agree, Sean, enjoyable read, thanks. Did they happen to devote a thread to their experiences during the trip?

I think there is a thread and a tv interview with Doc smashing on the Yanks. The link of the interview is included in my tour of Painswick.

Doc has defied the ageing process - he has not changed much over the last 20 years could you let us know how you do it?. Rihc is much missed by the majority of us BUDAites.

A Dali esque clock still remains in the clubhouse (I hope its still there)

The clock is in the hallway near "proshop".

As far as I know Painswick's clubhouse is closed. They just cant afford the electric.

It's true. I haven't aged in 19 years. I looked 53 years old all the way back then.

What I'm more proud of is birdieing the 1st hole in front of two film crews. Backed up the trash talking...briefly.

Wearing my psephological that I note that after yesterday's council by-election Painswick now has a Green Councillor. Can be few more 'environmentally fitting' golf courses than PGC!
