That was his little green book from 1920. Looks like they are finally re-releasing it. It was republished at one time by Classics of Golf, but even that version became rare.

Lots of it is repeated in Spirit of St. Andrews

The Good Doctor's thoughts remain relevant today.  Personally, I started Adkins a couple of weeks ago in preparation for the KPIII.
