I have a very difficult time believing that a well known, highly educated forensic architect like Tommy Naccrato would have any kind of difficulty with such a simple golf hole.  Maybe you should go back to school for your PhD in forensic video golf architecture, buddy ;D

The play off the tee on #17 is for the bunker, right?  My problem lately has been going through it and getting "screwed!"

How do you expect to score well with a grip like that  ;D

This hole is do or die,  get the angle right on your tee shot and you have a hole in one, get it wrong and you may as well start again.  The good thing about computer mini golf -once you get the right target line, you can reproduce it exactly every time.
Ask not what GolfClubAtlas can do for you; ask what you can do for GolfClubAtlas.

Dave,
Are you banking it off of the right side to make the hole in one?

Tommy,

It has been a coupe of years since I have played it.  I am fairly sure that it is right side, or it could be left side and then right side.  It can defintely be done though, it is just a matter of iteration to find the right line.

BTW,
I love all the holes you are designing.  Perhaps you (and anyone else) could release an "Architects GC" down the track for people to play.  Great stuff.  What is the website?

If I could have figured out how to screen capture the scorecard, I would have sent you my last one:

7-under through 7
1-under through 18

#17 is Russian roulette with 5 bullets in the chamber.

Andy, Thanks to a few emailing me the directions how to do so, its pretty easy:

--Hit the "Ctrl" and "Print Screen" buttons at the same time.
--Open MS Paint, and then hit "Ctrl" and the "V" key. From there you can frame it and then crop-it and then up-load it to webspace

This thread is correct. For all the other predicaments one can be placed in on a golf course, there is no more hollow feeling in golf than holing out on #16 at this course.

Times under par through #16
8

Best score through #16
-4 (twice)

Best 18 hole score
+5

Tony, I'll have you know that I just ACED the 17th for the first time, although I didn't screen capture my score card to prove it.

Dave Elvins is right, it is a bank of of the right side, full power and it just runs up there and through, ricochetes off a few walls and then drops-in. I was so happy, I high-fived the wall!

It can be done. I've done it twice.

All it does is lower my average on the hole to slightly over 6.

(I probably should disqualify myself from ever posting on this site again...I've now posted more on the topic of mini golf than I have on any other subject. Maybe its because I've finally played one of the "great" courses of the world.)

I'm new to the game and have spent the past three days trying to improve my score. I will post a scorecard soon with a -14.
