I'm hoping to get to Banff Springs and Jasper Park sometime in July.  This would be my first visit to the area.

If you don't have them already buy Dream Golf & The making of Pacific Dunes. Both are great reads.

Walker Cup in St Andrews.

I too plan to attend the Walker Cup in St. Andrews, preceded by a few days in Gullane and a few days in Aberdeen. I also can't wait for a return to Toronto Golf which I played for the first time last year and really enjoyed.

Invite to Crystal Downs need to lock in dates and plan a few other rounds.

Was hoping to get to Fife again.

Other than that, lots of NC golf.

Planning to visit Old Barnwell and Pinehurst in March. Maybe get up to Sedge Valley sometime this summer.

Don’t think any will actually be open for play, except for some holes at OB.

I am looking forward to returning to my pre-Covid routine of spending 4 weeks in Dornoch in the spring and then going back for 3 weeks in late August.

Yes, I am a very lucky guy. ;)

We’ll be doing a ton of motorhoming next year with a potential trip to Ireland on the agenda. I’ll maybe post up asking for ideas for out of the way fun courses nearer the time.
Please consider this Post as the usual open invite to GCAers coming to Scotland/Fife for a round at Ladybank. Drop me a PM if you are heading this way or even just need some general info.
Cheers,
F.

Our only firm booking is a week in Lamlash  w/c 22nd May. We intend playing all the courses on the island as well as a side trip to Machrihanish/Dunaverty.

If your motor home was to find its way to Arran that week it would be a very happy coincidence! 👍

I too have a S Wales trip planned for return visits to Tenby and Southerndown. Plus never played before St David's City and Cardigan.

Another trip to Scotland for never played before Panmure, Kinghorn and Ladybank.

I am going to Edinburgh ostensibly for the 6 Nations Ireland/Scotland match. Maybe I can seek in a game at haven't seen in yonks Musselburgh Old or Braid Hills...or Longniddry.

Oh yes, the 6 hour detour trip. Are you spending the night somewhere near Porthcawl? If so you may as well stay in the Dormy house.

Yes, that trip …

We are only playing 18 holes that day, so we go back to Egham afterwards. We then drive out to Deal Monday morning.
