A possible Donald Ross course in Utah?

I don't have a clue on this one. Did the newspaper mean to say Sandy Park rather than Sandy Parr. Either way I have not found anything to substantiate the newspaper article. I don't think that there are any known Ross courses in Utah. Perhaps the article is referring to another State?
