I tried ordering through Waterstones and they cancelled my order saying the publication of the book "had been abandoned". I find that hard to believe and will try to order through the brochure info.

I ordered direct and I'm pleased to say I've got mine and while I've barely got a quarter of the way through it I'm enjoying it. There's certainly a lot of reading that includes his family background, business, other sporting endeavours etc which might not appeal to somone interested in only the gca side of things but  still an enjoyable read.
