I played a few rounds down there several years ago.  Conquistador Resort course was ok..definitely a cartball course as I remember it being pretty hilly terrain.  I know that area got hit really hard during the hurricane; but I think the hotel has finally reopened so I assume the golf course is as as well.  I also l played at the Rio Mar resort; think it was  a George Fazio design.  I think Norman may have his name on a course there also??  Fairly typical resort course, but I enjoyed it.

I think Dorado is a TPC managed course now.  Royal Isabela has some great views but is major $$$

Lots of iguanas on the courses..they like to hang out in the traps.

Make sure you go to El Yunque(sp) and Old San Juan.  Really great places to check out.
