This semi-private course, managed by Troon,  is now for sale. Anyone play there? It's Length  from the tips is 6889 yards with a rating of 74.9 and slope of 145.

I played it before any houses went in and then after it was completely housed . . . Big difference!

Played it many times and was involved in getting it up and running.  I haven't played it since the houses got built, but really liked it.  It doesn't look like the homes are too intrusive, though, but most courses in the area have no homes, so it's unique.   First 4 holes are very plain.  6-10 are very good.   I also liked 13-16 quite a bit.  I am surprised by the slope and rating.  There are a lot of forced carries, and some are pretty big.  It does play longer than the card.  9 is one of my favorite holes anywhere.
