I would be interested in Pittsburgh if the timing works for me.

Can't help out in terms of access or knowledge out there, but happy to offer good hospitality in central PA.

Yes, interested.

South Park, North Park, and 3 Lakes (formerly Alcoma CC) would be a nice, authentic Emil (Dutch) Loeffler/John McGlynn trio.

Would certainly be interested. Haven't played too many publics in the area but there are some really good accessible courses within an hour of the 'Burgh.

I promised George Pazin some time back that we'd do the Pittsburgh munis together.

I've already played Schenley Park.  You guys missed it.

I'll play wherever everyone decides but I'm serious about playing public and not putting anyone out to host a large group at their club.

A bit more on the North Park and South Park courses in Pittsburgh.

South Park hosted the 1934 USGA Publinks tournament.

George P detests Oakmont. You have to put a gun to his head to get him to play there.

I would suggest a snappy name, like the Pittsburgh Punchout or Ditka Dropkick.

A) I would be interested based on schedule
B) What about Latrobe Country Club? I've heard that it is available to guests of Springhill Suites in Latrobe.

Might the free public tour of Oakmont be something for the itinerary? Old hat? I had the pleasure last month. Inside the clubhouse and out on the course. Two hours. Welcoming staff happy to share stories and field questions. (Plus free coffee and baked goods.)

If we're going east, Laurel Valley would be a nice choice.
