Very wise and shrewd move!

Apparently all their clients have been informed in advance of this announcement. I was told that there would be a public statement from OC(C)M on Monday, but for whatever reason that didn’t happen

The aforementioned collaborative efforts should be a big plus for the industry. If I remember correctly weren’t NGLA and Pine Valley the results of a group effort? ;)  Best of luck to all involved.

Should the PV NGLA  collabarative examples exist with the caveat that the courses came into being, outside of the usual market place pressures?
Or is that the only way true excellence can exist?
I hope there is positive synergy for the 3.

The surf & turf of golf course architecture!
Maybe I'm showing my age, but don't kid yourself: the surf & turf meal was -- and is -- something very special. What more could anyone want? You get surf (shrimp, scallops) and you get turf (steak - say no more). What else is there? What else could a group of fellas (especially) need in their dining experience? And everybody loves it, this epitome of middle class luxury: Americans, Canadians, Australians, and even the British!
This is very good: an American, a Brit and an Australian, working together. 'Here you go', it's as if they're saying 'have a lobster tail with your filet mignon'.
Very appealing indeed.
Best

Ah, darn - my apologies, Frank.
I did know at one point that you're Dutch, but I conveniently let myself forget it because I don't associate Holland with surf & turf, and so I needed you to be British for the conceit to work!
Best wishes
