Wllow Brook GC in Allentown, PA Reinvents Itself Again

Danny Richie worked at Willow Brook Golf Course in high school, becoming the first person to collect balls on the driving range. His uncle, Steve Chromiak, served as head pro when Willow Brook was a nine-hole course that nestled the pastures where champion horses are raised.

This year, Willow Brook became a nine-hole facility again, part of a land sale that will turn most its back nine into housing. But Richie, now in his sixth year as Willow Brook’s head pro, looks across his property and sees potential.
