A 155-year-old New Jersey winery and resort has been sold to a new owner after five years of uncertainty because of financial struggles.
Newly-formed Renault Properties, LLC will operate the Renault Winery Resort & Golf in Atlantic County, according to a release from OceanFirst Bank, which ran the property after a former operator when bankrupt. The new owners will continue to run the restaurants, banquet facility, hotel winery and golf course, the bank announced last week.
