The timing of your post is uncanny. At the beginning of the summer, I had been steadily chipping away at my two primary golf goals: play at least 300 courses, and play in all 50 states. I currently have racked up 178 courses in 19 states*. A family friend, seeing my pencil collection, asked if I had played a course starting with every letter of the alphabet…and that has now become goal #3. Here is my list of favorite courses played by letter of the alphabet:

C was by far the most difficult for me. Thanks for starting this thread. This was a blast, and it really tested my Excel sorting knowledge.
*Of my 178 played, 118 (66.3%) are located in NC or CT.

***I excluded “Country Club of” and “The” when sorting alphabetically
