I'm working in Los Angeles now. Thinking of going on Thursday or Friday for a bit. Want to see how the course is playing for the ladies, versus how it plays in the Macbeth, which is coming up at the end of May....

Anyone want to walk the course a bit with me?

I'd like to go and I'm fairly open either morning. PM me and we can coordinate? I was thinking of maybe going Sunday afternoon.

All the years I lived in LA, I played the annual game of golf.  Knew members at Wilshire, Riv, Altadena, Lakeside, Brookside, whatever.  Didn't care.  Would now, but can't play.  Not tragic, but tugs at the seams my fabric.  If I knew then what I know now...enjoy for me.  Lost opportunity, but understandable from this vantage point.  No regrets.  Have fun.

Right now I'm expecting to be there on Thursday and Saturday. Probably arriving about 11 am both days. The only way to get to the front 9 will be through the tunnel, so not expecting much gallery there. Might be a good place to easily walk around those holes. The field includes 93 out of the top 100 on the LPGA money list and the top 8 of 10; strongest field of the year on the LPGA tour outside of majors.

For anyone interested in attending, Uber/Lyft might be the best way to get to the club. If you take a ride share or public transport the $20 daily ticket is only $10. The drop off point is 2 blocks away at Melrose and Vine. If you drive, parking is at the Hollywood Bowl for $20/day with a shuttle to the club from there. Hope to see some of you there!
