Initially I thought of Cog hill along lake at 494. I then looked at yardage books and agree with Matthew. Saguaro 508 is a beast and 490 from the men's tee is no gimmie par to finish.

Very intimidating drive.
To have any real chance of hitting to green in two you have to take on the nasty bunkers set into the hill on the left. Fail, and you are in a world of hurt (and it's a true test to carry, every bit of 250 from the tips. Sure, your bombers are going to do that even with a mishit but because the tips play to less than 7000 yards it's not unreasonable for mortals to play back there, too).
Even if you decide to play out to the right, for many players simply getting to the top of the hill is an imposing task and if you fail, then you're 280-300 yards from the green with a steep hill directly in front of you and a narrow angled fairway running ahead off to the left.
Hope you made hay at 16 and 17!
