Play at 630am when it's cooler. That's what we do in the desert. 100 is nothing here.

I've been playing it on Sundays at that time for almost 18 years there but the problem is that even though it is a lot cooler the Santa Anas are still blowing 30mph on a day like today.

Kind of funny post because I will be playing there in the Wednesday skins game. Last time in August when it was 100 degrees, there were 41 players in the game at $80 entry.  Last week it took 64 for the low gross, and there were 5 holes eagled, including the 3rd and my 2 on the 12th!

It's not the 100 degrees that's the problem, its the 100 degrees and 40 mph winds.  Today should be better though, 100 but winds at 17 mph.
