So everyone can read it.....

I will be traveling for continuing PGA education (followed by a little vacation) to the Port Saint Lucie area from January 8th through the 18th.  Would love to meet up with some GCAer's for a game or two.

As a PGA Professional, I am waiting to call places until much closer to my visit.  However, I am in works now of securing games at:
Seminole
The Fox Club

really interested in seeing:
McArthur GC
The Floridian
Jupiter Hills

Golf travel? I will be driving from my house to La Perouse for a hit sometime before the end of the month!  ;D

Anyone travelling through Sydney should give me a shout about organising a round. "I have a mate visiting from overseas" is the only no-questions-asked leave pass card I have left.

Scott,

Sounds like a temporary cry for help. Work on your ppt presentation, I'm told a really good one comes in very handy just in case.

Wish I was traveling to Sydney again soon. Hopefully a few guys will get smart and take you up on that one!

Item No. 1: Wife & Friends will be getting together in Chattanooga on Sept 12-14.  Will grovel to play Lookout Mt or Black Creek again as at the Dixie Cup of 2015, but will enjoy playing at Sweeten's Cove and Sewannee just as much.  Hopefully, no rain.

Item No.2:  Dixie Cup at Streamsong from Sept 28 to Oct 1.  Will travel from Tidewater VA and would like to stop off for 1 round on the way there and on the way back.  Trying to figure out where??? Aiken?  Harbortown?  Wilimington?  I play once or twice a year in the Sandhills rota of Tobacco Road, Dormie, So Pines, Mid Pines & Pine Needles.  Will grovel to play at Yeaman's Hall.  Hopefully no hurricanes.

Bump....so who's at Cabot this weekend. Don't tell me none of you as I'm not buying that. Anyone discovered and not outing themselves in advance is buying the first round.

I'll be at Augie and Ray's in East Hartford, Ct. today around 1:00 p.m. for lunch. Opened in 1946 they are the purveyor of one of the finest chili dogs around. Hope you can make it.

I'll be in LA the week of Labor Day. Probably try to squeeze in a round at Rustic, as is my custom when able. I also have a ticket to the Friday practice round of the Walker Cup so I can see LACC. Quite looking forward to that.

My wife and I are leaving DC on Saturday for a very long planned trip:  SF (eating and drinking), Carmel (Pasa and Pacific Grove), our first visit to Bandon, Eugene (visiting friends plus maybe Laurelwood, thanks to a recent post here), and Portland (eating and drinking).  A couple of themes in all of this, and boy, those chili dogs do look good.

I suspect it will be a course called Oak Harbor in northwest Ohio.  Check that, probably Barton Hills...Oak Harbor is the desert.

Looks like you're playing around Toledo and eating at Tony Packo's

I posted this in an old columbus thread, but wanted to put it here too.

I am a PGA Professional in Cincinnati, and plan to spend a very rare day off playing in the Columbus Area.  I was wondering if anyone would want to join me on Thursday for a round, possibly two?  Also if anyone has any knowledge of which courses are/have been recently aerified, that would be good knowledge to have as well.  I can call and ask to play most places, so this post isn't about access.  Just wondering if some GCAer's would like to meet up and play golf Thursday.Muirfield is too busy to accommodate a single.Scioto also told me that they will be too busy for a single.Other than that, I am open to all suggestions.I haven't really played anywhere up there, so I do appreciate the responses.
