Interesting. I played one with the same name and same architect, but is was near Naples, FL. This must be a template community or something.

The one in Naples was the one that was a Best New in 2014. It was perhaps the first golf community built since the market crash. I assumed they played it safe with a lesser known architect. But I liked the course, not an abundance of water and had ground game options.

I've played it 6-10 times.  It's probably the best public access course I've played in Sarasota.  I generally go down one long weekend a month in the winter.  It's part of massive residential development. Be prepared for housing surrounding the course.  Every time I go back it starts feeling more and more like every other development course.  That said the conditioning is always good.  Over seeded with some interesting holes. Eventually it'll close to public access.  Green speeds vary through the winter.  Overall it's worth playing.  I'm headed down next month, I'll take some pics
