I've played it 6-10 times. It's probably the best public access course I've played in Sarasota. I generally go down one long weekend a month in the winter. It's part of massive residential development. Be prepared for housing surrounding the course. Every time I go back it starts feeling more and more like every other development course. That said the conditioning is always good. Over seeded with some interesting holes. Eventually it'll close to public access. Green speeds vary through the winter. Overall it's worth playing.
