John: the fleeting perfect beauty of Transcendence. How glorious, a King’s experience – golfer and game united. Unfazed in quiet assurance: in willing reigned the very Will.

I hiked to Wisconsin for a golf weekend in August but the experience and journey did not include moving to Zimbabwe, Vail or eating queso.

Mr. Kavanaugh,

Is your wife's golf background available for review?

My wife has been married to me for 35 years + or -. Her sense of judgement is indisputable.

I am disqualified because my best golf memory is from an event where I wasn't even there. Plenty of Q's and F's despite my lack of participation.

Golf memory of 2015 was a beautiful day in March, last play before shoulder surgery.  Not quite realizing or knowing very exactly what just might transpire.

She must have a pretty good sense of humor too!  😎

A week of magic hours in Lahinch with my son. We plumbed Dell, we roiled surf, we vexed jaws. Lazing in quiescence we found shared truths.

Doug - congratulations on a stellar round, at any age! And, if I know my Mrs. K, I think you're the leading contender.

Many a man have met their demise thinking they know Mrs. K. She is not a fan of the semi-colon. Shooting ones age is a great memory no matter how fleeting it may be. A contender, no doubt.

Welcomed by a ruminative golf zealot, enjoyed an extraordinary course and partook in the quintessential experience, nowhere like The Golf Club.
