I've been waiting for you to post in this thread Mr Litman. I knew you wouldn't let us down.

Not sure if my submission for "people and traditions" is eligible. It was taken on 16 December 2014, after I had already posted my 2014 submission on 13 December and was therefore not eligible last year. On the 16th my friend Larry and I were the first players to tee off in the morning on Streamsong Blue. The fog was the thickest I had ever played in and on the second hole we were debating whether to go back to the club house. As we stood behind the second green we heard the voices of the group behind us and I took this photo as they approached with their caddies. I started a conversation with one of the guys and in a minute we were talking about the course, our favorite holes, GCA.  I asked if he had ever heard of Golf Club Atlas.com. ... The guy was Patrick Mucci.

My 4-months-pregnant wife whacking one out there at Topgolf in Austin, TX.

If they ever hold a tournament for pregnant women who haven't played a full 18-hole round in at least 5 years, put $20 on my wife.

Pete,

Hamilton Island Golf Club, taken in July this year.  Architecture is not the strongest but the course has been routed along most of the ridge lines on the southern end to take advantage of the views.  Nice place for a break however.

First at Cape Wickham (and first shot of the day) - the start of a new obsession.
Yes, that is a putting surface that is being played from.
No, it isn't Jim Furyk.

6-ball on King Island at Cape Wickham 2nd tee.
Obviously, some things are more important than watching the opposition at a site like Cape Wickham.

Hi Sven,

As last year's winner it'd be an honour to be part of the committee.  ;D

Despite being ineligible, I thought I'd share a couple photos of mine from this year. It's been a great year for me in terms of new courses and experiences. Here's two photos from my semester studying at the University of St Andrews that match the two themes to an extent. Unfortunately once again they were shot on my phone and so the quality isn't great... I really need to break out the DSLR more  ::)  You can click the photos to bring up a larger version  ;)
