Par 3 10th holes are quite innappropriate for obvious reasons, and should be banned.

Therefore, we must immediately enlist Tom Fazio or Rees Jones to completely re-route and redesign Pine Valley, Royal Dornoch, Royal County Down (right in front of the clubhouse, what a nerve!), Winged Foot West, Quaker Ridge (that Tilly dude must have been a real amateur) Ganton, Kingston Heath etc. etc.

Then we can be rid of all such madness, and play our far more superior real estate residential layouts, which will no doubt avoid ALL the modern forbidden quirks in golf course routing.

Rees Jones?  He designed Tattersall in PA with a par 3 tenth hole.

Decent enough hole if you didn't need to drive your cart (it's a manditory cart experience) from behind the green, past the green, the pond, and the ladies tee on your way to your tee.  This fine example of architecture even has the only "Stop - wait for golfers to clear the tee ahead before proceeding" sign I've ever seen.
