Tim, not knowing Old Head except for the photos and comments, I can't really say what a comparison might be. From my walk-about with Greg and Dieter, and conversations, I'd say they are doing a might job of working with many groups to try and meet diverse groups ideals of what the land package will have to offer many diverse users.
As Don is great at interpreting the topo lines, I definitely take his point about an abundance of slopes falling off the central core of the property. Yet, my recollection is that many of these internal land parcel holes will have varied slopes slanting inward and outward. I wish Neil or Brett would enter the discussion to explain their ideas. But, I understand the sensitive nature of the process. It has been a struggle and one can understand the desire not to make any statements that might be interpretted in a way not intended to have certain meaning. There are always many out there who will parse every word to turn it to their favor of a sensitive argument like certain environmentalists and preservationists might want to shape the conversation.
But, I just have great hopes that we will eventually see a fine course come out of all the years of planning and cajoling the various interest groups.
