I'm with you, Sean. The only option now appears to be to click the insert-image icon. But that also means you can't change the width and, worse, that you can't prepare photo tours, as I (and I believe many others) do, offline. The img-within-brackets option, in short, appears to be no longer. If anyone has contrary information, please share it. Thanks.

It appears that you can still type in the "img" and "/img in square brackets into a post and insert the URL.  And, the "width=" still works.  If you want to add lots of pics just type it in once and then copy it however times you want before you enter the URL.  Following is an example from earlier in the thread reduced to 100 pixels.

Bryan: Ever since the change to the new look, the img-in-brackets approach (with or without width=) doesn't work for me. And believe me, I'm well aware of copying the algorithm--that's precisely what is frustrating, as I have a many-picture tour lying in wait (for club approval) that now doesn't display.

Bryan appears to be right--the old format does still work, but I have to retype it and reinsert each link in the message box (even though, as I did without issue with all previous tours, I already have them all typed out and inserted in a separate document that I've been working on). Sorry for the confusion.
